Sam Nicastro of Fairplay presented with a Flag

At the December 10, 2009, City Council Meeting, Sam Nicastro of Fairplay was presented with a framed American flag for his passionate support of the Kruse’s Krew program. The flag that was presented to Sam had previously flown in Iraq.
