Cook County Animal Control Offers Low Cost Rabies Vaccine & Microchips

Cook County Department of Animal Control kicks off the Annual Rabies Vaccine and Microchip Mobile Clinic summer schedule. A Low Cost Rabies Vaccine Mobile Clinic will be held Tuesday, June 5th from 10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Hosted by Cook County Commissioner Joan Patricia Murphy at the Country Square Plaza Parking Lot located at 5505 W. 127th Street in Crestwood. The mobile animal clinic is for Cook County residents only. Pet owners must present a valid driver’s license or state ID. Low cost fees for dogs, cats, and ferrets of $7.00 for a 1-year rabies vaccine or $21.00 for a 3-year vaccine and $10.00 for microchip identification.
