Hills Chamber of Commerce Meeting

Mayor Howley gave a State of the City update to Hills Chamber of Commerce on April 13th at the Community Center.

Mike and Carla Blazys of K&P Construction were also awarded 2016 Business Person of the Year by the Hills Chamber.
