Seeking: Part-time Clerical Support

We are looking for an experienced and friendly individual to join the City Clerk’s staff.
Hours will be 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. 4 days per week
$12.00/hr.

THE DETAILS
• Greets residents and visitors in a friendly manner
• Answers incoming telephone calls in accordance with City procedures and directs the caller accordingly
• Processes water bill payments received in person and through the mail
• Maintains inventory of office supplies and printed forms
• Assists City Clerk in managing daily administrative functions
• Complete understanding and ability to perform in all aspects of front office operations
• Performs duties to achieve or exceed established customer service standards
• Assists in maintaining a neat, clean and orderly appearance throughout the City Hall
