The city of Hickory Hills congratulates our School District 230 Unified Volleyball State Champions! We are proud of your great accomplishment!

With thanks to our race co-host, North Palos School District 117, this year’s Howl Through the Hills 5k was another successful community event with nearly 250 participants racing through the streets of Hickory Hills. Click here for the race results.

Hickory Hills Police officer Joseph Clark was sworn in as a Sergeant at the October 24th City Council meeting.

Congratulations to City Clerk Dee Catizone, who was recently elected Vice President of Municipal Clerks of Illinois, which supports and promotes intergovernmental and inter-organizational cooperation and communication to address issues affecting local government.

Lt. Tim Stevens of the Hickory Hills Police recently retired. We wish him the best in his retirement.

New police officer Jacob Jakaitis was recently sworn in at the Hickory Hills City Council meeting.
