Contractor License Application

All contractor licenses shall be issued for a period of one year which shall begin on January 1 and which shall terminate on December 31 of that year. No contractor licenses shall be issued for a half-year.

Contractor License Fee $100.00. NO BOND REQUIRED. Roofing contractors must submit a copy of their State of Illinois roofing contractor license. Plumber’s require a completed application and a copy of Department of Public Health registration. NO FEE REQUIRED.

Demolition Permit

A $5,000.00 Surety Bond payable to the City of Hickory Hills and a $5,000.00 Cash Bond are required.

Fence Permit

Two copies of this form must be submitted to the Building Department, and one copy must be posted in the window during construction of the fence. A plat of survey must also be submitted.

Garage Permit

Three copies of this form must be submitted to the Building Department, and one copy must be posted in the window during construction of the garage.

Pool Permit

Two copies of this form must be submitted to the Building Department, and one copy must be posted in the window during construction of the pool.
