City residents wishing to respectfully share thoughts about any matter concerning the City may do so by submitting an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org by 6:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting. E-mails received will be read aloud during Public Comment and may be addressed by the Mayor and Aldermen the same evening or at a future meeting. We ask that you keep your emailed response to under 200 words to allow time for others to be heard and for the City Council to progress through the public comment portion of the agenda.
