Hickory Hills Car Show Application

Spaces are approximately 10’x15’ increments. First come first serve basis. Event day registration, upon availability. Inquire at (708) 598-4800 by Friday June 26, 2026.

Liability Waiver:
Spots must be manned throughout the car show’s hours of operation.

Once the Exhibitor’s display within the show is set the Exhibitor cannot move their vehicle or trailer. Hickory Hills is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to all or any part of the Exhibitor’s personal property or merchandise, which shall specifically include, but is not limited to:

The Exhibitor’s vehicle, trailer, display, and sale material and/or parts, and the Exhibitor hereby waives any and all right it may have against them or any of them for such loss or damage.

All Car Show spaces are a $20 donation each with 100% of proceeds benefit: Kruse Krew’s “The Soldier Care Project”
