City Council Meetings

City Council meetings are every second and fourth Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall. The agenda for the next scheduled meeting is made available here two days prior to that meeting.

City Vehicle Stickers

The city of Hickory Hills does not require the purchase of vehicle stickers for automobiles unless it is a commercial vehicle or truck. See Ordinance 37.04 for more information.

Parking

Parking is not allowed on city streets between the hours of 2:00a.m. and 6:00a.m.

Garbage, Recycling, and Yard Waste Collection

Safe Kids

Hickory Hills is committed to keeping familes safe and healthy. The Hickory Hills police department wants to remind everyone that officers Scott Sodaro and James Holt are certified child safety seat installers and provide this service to our residents upon request.
Officer Sodaro would also like everyone to be aware of some child seat and toy recalls. Please visit Safe Kids Usa for more information and to stay current on the latest recalls for toys, clothing, furniture, and other children’s items.
Safe Kids Usa is part of Safe Kids Worldwide, an international non-profit organization dedicated solely to preventing unintentional childhood injury.

Voter Registration

You may register to vote in the City Clerk’s office during regular business hours. Voter registration closes 30 days prior to an election.

Water Bills

Water bills are payable at the City Clerk’s office, by mail, or through Direct Debit.
