Building Permit
Two copies of this form must be submitted to the Building Department, and one copy must be posted in the window during construction. Two sets of stamped plans and one plat of survey must also be submitted.
Contractor License Application
All contractor licenses shall be issued for a period of one year which shall begin on January 1 and which shall terminate on December 31 of that year. No contractor licenses shall be issued for a half-year.
Contractor License Fee $100.00. NO BOND REQUIRED. Roofing contractors must submit a copy of their State of Illinois roofing contractor license. Plumber’s require a completed application and a copy of Department of Public Health registration. NO FEE REQUIRED.
Demolition Permit
A $5,000.00 Surety Bond payable to the City of Hickory Hills and a $2,000.00 Cash Bond are required.
Fence Permit
Two copies of this form must be submitted to the Building Department, and one copy must be posted in the window during construction of the fence. A plat of survey must also be submitted.
Garage Permit
Three copies of this form must be submitted to the Building Department, and one copy must be posted in the window during construction of the garage.
Pool Permit
Two copies of this form must be submitted to the Building Department, and one copy must be posted in the window during construction of the pool.
Senior Water Charge Waiver
Application for senior citizens waiver of minimum monthly water charge
Shed Permit
Two copies of this form must be submitted to the Building Department, and one copy must be posted in the window during construction of the shed.
Sign Permit
Three copies of this form must be submitted to the Building Department, along with one copy of the blueprint or drawing.
Street Fair Craft Vendor Registration Form
The entry fee is $80.00 for crafts and the space size is 15 ft. x 10ft. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING YOUR OWN TABLE. PRIOR REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY. AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED FOR A LATE ENTRY. Because of the nature of the Fair, there is no rain date and we reserve the right to cancel the Fair due to rain.
Street Fair Food Vendor Registration Form
The entry fee is $150.00 for food vendors and the space size is 15 ft. x 10ft. AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED FOR A LATE ENTRY. Because of the nature of the Fair, there is no rain date and we reserve the right to cancel the Fair due to rain.
Water Bill Direct Debit Application
Application for direct debit payment of water bill. The application must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office with a copy of a cancelled check.
