November 18, 2022 Update from the Mayor

Holiday Lighting Ceremony on Tuesday, November 22 starting at 6:30 p.m.    

Please join us in city hall parking lot Tuesday night as the children help the city turn on the holiday lights.  Event will include goodie bag for children, refreshments, and performance by the Stagg High School Madrigal Choir.

Pizza Castle Now Open!

Pizza Castle had its ribbon cutting yesterday and is now open for business at its new Hickory Hills location, just west of Starbucks.  The Pizza Castle website https://www.eatatpizzacastle.com/

ComEd Offers Scholarship Opportunities

The Future of Energy Scholarship provides young adults who are pursuing a two- or four-year college degree in an energy related field with up to $10,000 in a scholarship designed to be used towards college tuition and related expenses. The top three to four applicants will also receive an internship offer, pending successful completion of the hiring process.  Applications are being accepted now and until Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
