Hills Farmers Market This Friday
It is supposed to be a little cooler this Friday so hope you can visit the Hills Farmers Market! Farmers market is open from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Friday, July 17 in City Hall Parking Lot at 8652 W. 95th Street. See below.
As Always, Buck’s Farmstand will be there with its fresh fruits and veggies. The market also offers fresh ground coffee, tamales, muffins, spices, fudge, fresh roasted nuts, local farm raised meats, hot dogs, jewelry and more! Stop at the Hills Chamber tent to enter your name for a chance to win a free raffle prize.
Update on Former BP Gas Station Property on 95th Street
Pending weather and emergencies, the demolition of the structures on the former BP property is now scheduled for Thursday, July 23, 2026. It has taken far too long, but I know we all look forward to seeing this property cleared and ready for commercial development. The property will be developed into two commercial lots and there is a desirable national business that has expressed interest in one of the parcels.
