Hot Stuff Pizza Opens in Hickory Hills

Thursday, December 12th, marked the grand opening of a Hot Stuff Pizza snack shop in the Hickory Hills Shell gas station’s convenience store at 8702 S. 88th Ave. At the event, Hickory Hills Mayor Mike Howley and Alderman Tom McAvoy (3rd) welcomed the new business and thanked Shell station manager Sheila Chemmachel and Hot Stuff Pizza corporate officials for locating and investing in Hickory Hills.

Hot Stuff Pizza specializes in on-the-go items carry out items and offers a wide variety of pizzas, ready-to-bake appetizers, hot sandwiches, hot wings, breakfast burritos and croissants, hash browns, cinnamon rolls known as “Cinnobabies” as well as other snacking favorites.

The Hickory Hills location is the newest of 20 in Illinois and over 1,000 others world wide. Hot Stuff Pizza opened its first location in 1986 and is the flagship brand of the Orion Food Systems Company of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

While the Shell station is open 24 hours year round, the Hot Stuff Pizza shop will be open from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily. Orders can be placed and be ready for pick up by calling (708) 430–2955.
